 A typical home inspection lasts about 3 hours, depending on the size, age, and condition of the property as well as any additional services requested.

How much does an inspection cost?
 Pricing varies based on the home’s size, age, and location, but most of our inspections average around $500 or more. Contact us for an exact quote tailored to your property.

Do you offer a military discount?
 Absolutely. To show our appreciation for current and former service members, we proudly offer a $50 military discount.

Do I need to attend the inspection?
 We recommend clients arrive toward the end of the inspection so we can walk through our findings together. However, attendance is optional — you’ll receive a detailed, photo-rich digital report explaining everything clearly.

When will I receive my inspection report?
 We advertise a 24-hour turnaround, but in most cases, reports are delivered before 9:00 a.m. the following morning.
