Major Component Inspection:
Designed for clients planning major renovations or investments who want a focused inspection of the home’s key systems and structural components such as the roof, crawl space, attic, electrical panel, plumbing, foundation, and HVAC system.
Sewer Scope:
A specialized camera inspection of the home’s sewer line used to identify potential issues such as cracks, root intrusion, offsets, blockages, or deteriorated piping before they become costly repairs.
Well Inspection:
A complete inspection of the private well system including visible components, pressure tank, pump operation, system functionality, and overall performance. Water quality and additional testing options may also be available.
Well Flow Rate / Yield Test:
A test performed to measure the well’s water production capacity and recovery rate by calculating gallons per minute (GPM). This helps determine whether the well can adequately support household water usage.
Lab Testing:
